“User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Website.
“Uniforms” refers to yacht crew apparel and related accessories offered for sale.
"Branded Items" refers to all items offered for sale other than "Uniform".
“Order” refers to a purchase request submitted through the Website.
“Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Use of the Website
Users agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and to provide accurate and complete information when placing an Order.
3. Orders and Payment
All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and may include or exclude applicable taxes, as stated at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are estimated and confirmed at time of shipping of completed order.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original condition. Custom or personalized Uniforms are non-refundable. Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.
6. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including designs, logos, images, and text, is the exclusive property of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website, Uniforms or Branded Items.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in that jurisdiction.
